Build steps

Cut the 8 legs and the rims and joists from the pressure-treated 2x4s. Screw the rims to the joists on edge, then screw the legs to the outside of the rims. Check square by measuring both diagonals.
Staple the hardware cloth floor over the frame every 2 in, pulled tight, and trim it to the edges of the rims.
Cut the 2x2 uprights at the front height and the back height. Screw one at each corner and beside each divider, then screw on the top rails.
Cut the plywood sides, dividers and back from the sheet layouts. The side and divider tops are cut at 5.7° to follow the roof. Screw them to the uprights and rims every 6 in.
Build 3 doors from 2x2s, staple hardware cloth to the inside of each frame, and hang each on strap hinges at the bottom or side with a hasp.
Screw the roof deck to the wall tops, then the 5 metal panels with roofing screws in the flats, lapping one rib.
Staple hardware cloth over any gap at the eaves, and sand every edge a rabbit can reach.

Before you start

Sized for one medium breed rabbit per 36 x 30 in compartment, 7.5 sq ft. Use two compartments for a doe with a litter, or add the nest box.
A cloth floor drops droppings clear of the animal. Add a resting board on one side so feet get a break from the wire.
Rabbits suffer in heat much sooner than in cold. Site the hutch in shade, out of the wind and rain, with the open front facing away from the prevailing weather.
Every opening is covered with 1/2 in hardware cloth. Chicken wire does not keep raccoons out. Latch every door.
