Build steps
Cut four legs, the rails and the plywood. Screw the top and low rails between the legs to make two frames, front and back, then join them with the end rails.
Seal the 3/4 in plywood top on both faces with two coats of exterior paint. Cut two 20 x 16 in openings 8 in from each end and 7 in from the front, with a jigsaw.
Screw the top on and drop a plastic basin into each opening, so its rim rests on the plywood. Fit a drain in each, and hang a 1 in hose to a bucket or a ground drain.
Screw the 2x2 rack slats across the right-hand end of the top, 1 in apart, for draining the washed produce.
Screw the lower shelf onto its rails. Mount a hose bib to the table's leg or run a hose over the back.
Before you start
Wash in the first basin, rinse in the second, and drain on the rack. Use potable water, and sanitize the basins with a bleach solution.
Keep the station out of the sun, away from the barnyard and the compost bins. Check local rules if you sell what you wash.
The two basins are an estimate: any 15 to 20 gal plastic tub or utility sink fits the openings.
